1. Are you undertaking any demolition or renovation work on your building?

This includes all type of work that is intrusive (i.e. installing a heat pump)

! An intrusive asbestos survey is required of the area of proposed work, contact nominated the building manager and asbestos assessor (03 328 9012).

2. Will the proposed work disturb any ACM identified outlined in the survey plan?

! Permit to disturb ACM shall be raised in consultation with the building manager and the asbestos assessor (03 328 9012). ACM will be either removed or a disturbance plan developed by the asbestos assessor in accordance with the HSWA regulations will be developed.

✔ Work can proceed without any further controls.
