- The information provided is based on a management survey which has been developed in order to identify materials likely to be disturbed during routine manintainance.
- If renovation or demolition work is to be undertaken of this building an invasive survey is required to be undertaken by a competent asbestos surveyor.
- Under no circumstances should renovation or demolition work be undertaken without a renovation/demolition asbestos survey.
- Limitations of the information provided by this service is contained within the asbestos register held by the building PCBU.
